in reply to nhs diabetic weight loss diet i have been doing this by myself making all kind of shakes light soups and also when needed very light meals and the diabetes went away its not gone forever as it will come back if you overstep the mark main point is dont be an hero to the cause if you get hungry you need to eat but lightly just try to stick to it it works I have gastroparerisis slow emptying of stomach so can not have heavey meals if i do boy i pay for it so it actually helps strangely enough i have lost weight but very slowly so as i say you can do it yourself but dont go to extremes willpower is needed and common sense
