Hello I am waiting for my specialist cardiologist appointment (as I have hit a dead end with my GP, local cardio, etc, they are all stumped!)
My heart axis at rest is normal 0 to +90
Exercise, standing, breathing deeply put me in extreme axis deviation/no mans land/RAD
I had Kardia analyse my ECG, but they only told me what I already know, it's a narrow complex tachycardia 🤷🏻♀️
Any ideas on what rhythm this could be? And why this axis if I try to do anything more than move gently around my house? I can't even stand for 5 mins without this going on. Blood pressure yoyos, either syncope or pre syncope: loss of hearing, loss of vision all occur
I have POTS but my HR is not that high. I am not an athlete, I am wheelchair bound out of the house. My resting HR is in the 40s
