Intermediate favorable vs. unfavorable Gleason 7 acc.to 2 doctors + CLEAN PSMA, do we need third opinion +where? (Green Bay/Milwaukee areas)
So today my husband went back to original urologist for another cystoscopy and to discuss treatment options for his
urinary
retention
as many things we have read/seen indicate it is absolutely fine to treat the BPH first.

Hypothyroidism, chronic cystitis and histamine intolerance
Can anyone recommend good sources of information on the connection between hypothyroidism, recurrent cystitis and histamine/oxalate intolerance or possibly MCAS? I have had recurrent cystitis for many years, but in the past 2 years, it has become unbearable and I can be on antibiotics for weeks on end

PSP and urinary retention
My husband is experiencing episodes of
urinary
retention
, even though his is drinking plenty of fluids. Seems to be one extreme or the other, complete
urinary
incontinence or
retention
of urine for 5 to 7 hours. He has had PSP for over 8 years now, still ambulatory with walker and assistance.

PIP ASSESSMENT
Had my pip re-assessment over the phone yesterday. A nurse did it and she was really nice and put me at ease. She didn't ask questions that weren't reasonable relating to my fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ADHD etc.

Relationship advice
I have been with my husband for 31 years, we've had a lot of rough times along the way. When I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago it led to a better understanding between us but within 6 months my brother (who I was estranged from, as well as my mother) hung himself. My world was blown apart and

proof I have been restricted on ADHD
I’m not paranoid they really have restricted me! I have tried to contact the admin but no reply. I suspect my crime is suggesting natural therapies such as changing diet for eg 7 year olds and to question giving them antidepressants at such a young age before trying changing diet and exercise. Here

I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though

Clonidine - success with RLS anyone?
Evening team I have a query. As some of you may remember I was prescribed Buprenorphine two years ago by a neurologist for my restless limbs. I have a feeling I may have asked this question before, maybe not in one of my posts, (can't remember!) Does anyone out there take Clonidine for RLS? if
