Nausea & Buprenorphine

I am waiting for my doctor to advise on an alternative anti nausea drug and to get him to prescribe sublingual Zofran.

I have completed, without any success, the prescription the GP gave me for 5 days of Zofran and I am currently really struggling with the nausea 24 hours a day (milder during day though). I am currently trying ginger root and cetirizine but so far no joy! I am on such as low dose of buprenorphine already (5cg/hr patch) but i suppose i could cut patch in half as i have 200mcg buprenorphine tablets as back up if needed when RLS breaks through

I am really desperate to control the nausea and would appreciate any other comments

Regards
