Dismissive
She dismissed my situation and suggested I go to the gym, I was trying to see if
swimming
was possibly the best for me as I have lost and regained huge amount of weight and my body is a mess,I was also told to apply for pip as I struggle financially and was told to apply,so I did,got rejected and humiliated

Running and jet lag
This time I have all intention to include running and
swimming
into my holiday. Any advice from travellers on this forum on how best to prepare and once there whether to run right from the start ( may be a bit more gently) or to wait until the jet lag has worn off?

First Park run done!
I will do it again, not every week as it’s not local and kids like me to take them
swimming
, but going to aim for once a month. Was good experience 😀

aching head, burning stomach acid, shivery and worse widespread pain in more joints. I know mostly the advice here is stick it out and give it time but my positivity is deserting me ....

The Lighter Side: Letter from Pred Club Zero - Well, Almost.. ;-)
Well, I know that we all have different approaches and strategies ranging from going to Pilates sessions to taking dietary supplements, walking the dog, gardening, walking,
swimming
, making and mending things, and much more besides.

JUST JOINED - EMPHYSEMA - CHEST INFECTION ADVISE
Since 2014 I have been ok, still working and I was
swimming
5 times a week. But at the end of Jan I caught a cold/flu bug that became a chest infection, and after 3 lots of antibiotics and steroids, this brought my O2 stats down to 50%.

Advice on Blue Horizon thyroid blood results please
Original symptoms of shortness of breath, fatigue, mouth sores, irritability, balance problems and
swimming
head. Last two symptoms have been helped by b12 but shortness of breath now a real problem. I struggle to walk upstairs or any hill.

Turnaround time for Blue Horizons?
Original symptoms of balance problem and
swimming
head so much better. TSH was 3.07 last month (non fasting) and 4.95 fasting last year. Ferritin rising at 49, vitamin D 70 and folate increased again at 23.4. MCH above range at 33.4, I think from memory. Thanks in advance.

Calf problem advice please!
Yesterday the pain was there but bearable so I went
swimming
for one hour, followed by a sauna. No pain during
swimming
nor today. As I was pain free I did run 3 and again no pain during the run but it reappeared about an hour and a half after the run. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Absolutely pouring down but needed to get out and back before the kids
swimming
lesson so needed to crack on. Learnt that my running jacket isn’t waterproof, my tracker pauses every time a wet sleeve touches it and wet runners are very amusing to elderly ladies in the village.

Every little thing
Part of my safety plan is to exercise, I have chosen
swimming
. I was diligent I got up early grabbed my swim bag and went to the pool. I opened my bag and no swim suit. Fudge! So I took a shower and went to work. I also forgot my glasses.
