Build it up!

went out yesterday morning - loved my run.

saw some baby ducklings swimming around & it made my day :-)

I ran 6k, my pace was pretty much bang on through each km, I was working hard but it was sustained and it was comfortable. Didn't feel knackered at the end of it, time to build it up and add some more distance i think.

I also took a look back to my starting stats and the difference is amazing...great to give you a little boost every now and then...how far i have come since starting :-) Continue to be proud of myself, continue to love running! Never ever thought i would be saying that lol :-)

Well done you! Lovely to hear you are continuing to make progress. I wonder what sort of pace you are managing and whether you have a particular goal in terms of distance or speed. All the best for your next run.

Thank you. At the moment i am aiming to build up to 10k and for pace - I would be delighted to be able to run 5k in under 30 mins - a little way to go to get there but you will hear about it when i do :-)

No plans to do any marathons just yet haha!
