I am trying to get back into exercise, and it is really tricky because exercise is one of my big triggers. I want to start with yoga, but I am stumped on if I should do an interval warm up like recommend by a few studies and sites for more intense exercises. Yes, even yoga can trigger me if I am twitchy enough, though it happens less often than with other exercises. This has been a really big sticking point for me--even if I prep with my reliever, I still have a chance of suffering later.
(I have tried everything and I always ended up having a domino effect later, even with swimming/etc. As of right now, doc is no help--I think some people have seen me complain of my situation a few times XD)

Maybe chat to the instructor before a class to see what they suggest or chat to your GP if you're not sure. It's definitely best to get some advice if you know you can get symptoms after.
Sorry for the late reply--I was away from the computer for a week.
I will take a look at Julia's story--but I will be doing yoga at home on my own (can't afford classes right now). So I thought I would ask to see what I could do. I haven't had any luck in getting specific exercise advice from my doctor (I live in Japan so some differences there).
