Steroid hungers
I’ve only just got to the point of breathing better so can maybe get back to
swimming
this week. I have 3 plus more weeks on 25mg then going onto nebulised steroids for a while and I can’t go on like this. I’m just losing all control and not caring.

Hydroxchloroquine and flare ups
In the space of 3 months my life has gone from working 2 jobs, going out with friends and family regularly, going
swimming
every other day, going on long walks and trips out in the country with my partner to being completely house bound again.

On the Move
I find that aqua fitness, yoga,
swimming
, walking and enhance fitness help. It’s best to keep moving. If I stop I can tell the difference in my body. So keep moving start off slow and light.

Depressed for no reason
Swimming
makes me feel good and I haven't done it in a king time. I'm going to make myself go every every evening this week. Does anyone else ever feel this way around the holidays for no reason. Confused

So annoyed! Venting!
As it's my fast day tomorrow I won't have the energy to do
swimming
tomorrow instead (if they even open!). I'm worried it will ruin my weigh in Friday morning! And I just feel so angry!!!

An amazing week at sea!
First,
swimming
lessons to overcome fear of the water, allowed us to enjoy a lot of time in the hot tub at sea! In addition to many wonderful moments that included a couple of piña colada's (with pineapple) ... Happiness is ... seeing my mother smile.

Weird phobia
The only bad encounter I can think of is when I was very young I was at the pool and there was a medium frog right next to me
swimming
and it really freaked me out.

On the IC ... with the makings of a new plan!
No running, but still
swimming
and some strength work. Today I went to our local uni sports clinic. It turned out an 'injury assessment' was absolutely free.

My daughter is 7 and is about to start
swimming
with the school. She suffers with slight bowel incontinence and I'm wondering what other parents use to help protect/secure accidents. Many thanks

Muscle damage caused by prednisolone
He suggests taking paracetamol and walking in a warm
swimming
pool to strengthen the muscles as it is too painful for me to swim at present. I did not realise that you should not take naproxen or ibuprofen with prednisolone - oh dear as I had been taking them.

Week 2 a breeze! Yay
And since the injury healed, I went out for brisk walks instead and my love of exercising increased to add in
swimming
once a week and a fat burn aerobics video daily from YouTube. I began jogging a little on my walks which i do 2 miles a day and 4 miles Saturday and Sunday.

My w5r3 run....
Wednesday I went
swimming
so they could rest a bit but I could still get some exercise. The day had also been quite frosty and the cold was putting me off on top of everything else! Oh and yet another pair of my headphones was broken! I don't know why my household goes through them so quick!

Old croc newbie
I've always enjoyed
swimming
and walking, but don't have a good pool near me so I thought I'd try running just to see if I can. I'm doing it on the treadmill at 7k/hr as I know I won't do it in the dark and cold.
