I find that aqua fitness, yoga, swimming, walking and enhance fitness help. It’s best to keep moving. If I stop I can tell the difference in my body. So keep moving start off slow and light.

It’s hard but it’s something we have to do. Keep us in 🙏🏾

I am a believer in us keeping mobile. I was doing great over the summer with more activity and warm weather. Now its winter, cold, more knee pain. There is a water aerobics class Im interested in but it is 30 miles from my home, so Im debating on whether its worth 1 1/2 hours( round trip) drive time for me to go twice weekly. What are your thoughts? I ride my indoor exercise bike here at home but it is boring, lol.

I hope you have made the effort to go to Aquafit I have been doing aqua twice a week for the last 6 months and it has helped a lot. I noticed an increase in my pain and stiffness over Xmas when the classes weren't held. So go for it if you haven't already it is worth it
