Well its official exercise is good for 'us' it's still tentative so don't stop your meds yet but this is very encouraging and in a way obvious as many of us know the importance of not only a healthy diet but a healthy diet combined with sufficient exercise for us is the obvious best choice.
Exercise can help combat obesity and type 2 diabetes and more people than ever have had to have amputations in the UK because of diabetes so I'm glad that I don't have that and the more people do to combat it the better...
We have a Topic Healthy eating and exercise and thats great as it shows our stats and over time, which I find encouraging. 😊
Another gorgeous woodland photo - such a lovely forest near where you live. I appreciate you sharing this article, and I particularly liked that it said "A combination of endurance exercise, such as cycling and walking, and dynamic resistance training, such as weight training with kettle bells or dumbbells, was found to be particularly effective in reducing blood pressure." I like a combination of exercise - and will be trying to ensure I do more cross-training in the New Year - thinking ahead to considering my New Year Resolutions.
