New Year New Start ☺️
I really just want to get cracking and get on with it, after every run I’ve been
swimming
20 lengths which I feel has helped with my running.

Finally Starting the Plan That Is Going to Work!
I plan to gradually increase my exercise over time, until I'm weight-training, cycling,
swimming
, running and possibly doing yoga as well. I've years of neglect to undo!

Exercise, age and A-Fib
I also started doing triathlon at the age of 50, so I was no longer doing the long 6 hour bike rides, more shorter stuff, and adding in running and
swimming
. Due to my age and my low resting HR, we decided an ablation was best.

Could showers, steam or humidity be a trigger?
I have the same problem at
swimming
pool both in the pool and in the changing rooms (if I haven't been in and kids have been for lessons) I didn't however have the same problem in an outdoor pool so don't think it's the chlorine that's a problem. Thanks for reading Vic

I've actually been back doing my
swimming
the past few weeks trying to keep active. When I was at my worst a few months ago with weakness and fatigue, dizziness etc it turned out my thyroid was underactive. I was to go back and get re-tested on Christmas eve which I did..

Thought I would share a good news story
I went Bactria
swimming
4 weeks later. I truly believe my commitment to fitness was why I made a spectacular recovery. Thirdly, there is a lot of evidence to say that fibre is of great importance to a healthy colon. I would always have said that I ate enough.

newly diagnosed copd
I have done regular vigorous exercise for years - gym,
swimming
, cycling and have no problems with breathlessness. I am expecting results of a chest x-ray and am being referred to the nurse. Meanwhile I am very worried but also moved by the courage and mutual support of people on this site.

Has anyone experienced slowly developing back/pelvis pain as side-effect of Mycophenolate?
So I made a plan with myself to keep
swimming
consistently and do pilates and NHS back pain stretches in the morning and before bed. I even bought a new supportive recliner chair. If the pain was still there by the new year I'd go to the GP. Well, at first it was seemingly getting better.

How do you prevent aches and pains during the cold season?
To manage arthritic conditions during the cooler months, individuals need to plan physical activities that are easy to do during winter, such as: •Walking indoors, such as around shopping centers •Household chores, like vacuuming •Playing with children •
