Weird phobia

i have a huge phobia of frogs. My heart starts pounding and I cry. the thing is I don’t know how to get over my phobia or if I even need to. The only bad encounter I can think of is when I was very young I was at the pool and there was a medium frog right next to me swimming and it really freaked me out.

My mother in law had the same phobia ! The only way we got her past it was talking her into closing her eyes and us placing a little frog in her hands . She was terrified at first but after holding it for a few minutes she calmed down and was no longer afraid of them and actually found them cute. Best of luck to you.

Thank you! Maybe I should Get my friends to do that to me, just have to get up the courage to ask since I know they will jump at the opportunity.

Best way to get over fears it to face the head on. Most things we fear would probably never happen or it want be as bad as we imagine it I believe u can do it
