Anyone else suffered similar after affects to VM?
I feel I want to go
swimming
but getting in the pool makes me very unwell with the movement of water, lights reflecting on water and the business in the pool. I sat on the side crying and couldn't look at the water not helpful when you need to supervise to kids!

Return to work
I've been
swimming
and for some gentle walks. For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm finally looking after myself properly, and I feel like I've regained some control. I actually feel like I'm managing, which has made me realise that I really haven't been for some time.

My first post, Lung cancer spread, given ave of a year to live, and now cancer is inactive, just over six months later, believe u can win!
I've started
swimming
again. I did try and get insurance for a holiday abroad, but the only quote we got was for over £1000, so we're going to the Isle of Wight next week, and really looking forward to it. Thanks for reading and feel free to ask or comment on anything, I wish you well, take care.

Coronary Heart Disease verses Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection?
Had always been active and busy -
swimming
at least twice a week; walking our three Golden Retrievers at least an hour a day; helping my mate muck out her five horses once a week; running a busy house and holding down two busy/physical part time jobs; always cooked food from scratch; always suffered

I'm currently going to the gym and

4 times a week and I'm on the 5.2 diet so I'm hoping my bmi will have reduced a fair bit by May. Any thoughts or experiences would be greatly appreciated x

Swimming after lap
I’m reasonably fit, excercise 2 hrs daily (
swimming
and gym), walk my dog at lest 1 hrs a day and work as a waitress so I’m not sitting at all. I love excericising as it’s my way to let the steam out. Has anyone been in my smart boat and knows how long till I’m Back at least in the pool? X

I wish to be able to start going back to the gym and
swimming
and enjoying life, i currently do not go out unless i have to for fear of having an attack or getting tight chested, very few people seem to understand how my condition effects me and think i am just making excuses, which is hard to deal with

Week 4 - going well so far 😀
Not a big fan of exercise - tend to go through phases of going
swimming
or to the gym then after month or two I stop. A friend mentioned the c25k and at first I wasn't sure it was for me, never been keen on running ever since high school when we were made to do cross country.

Good news, painfree at last almost..
It was when I started aerobic exercise (running on a treadmill and
swimming
) that I saw a difference. After 4 weeks I cut out the Celebrex. You have to sweat it out. It took 3 months to remove 90% of the petrification from my muscle.

Symptom hopping...anyone else?
I went
swimming
yesterday and forgot to moisturise so I know my skins probably just a bit dry but now I'm obsessively googling chronic or terminal conditions which cause itchy skin. Why cant I just let my self be happy without finding something new to worry about?!?
