11 months post BM and secondary Acute Reactive Arthritis
I’ve stopped having caffeine which has helped and was back at the gym
swimming
but since my last set back I’ve struggled to return. I’m proud to say that I’ve gone back to work and am enjoying to be back in it but I’m so exhausted after.

13 /14 year old girl. Is hflc diet suitable for this age group ? What diet better ?
I will start walking / running with her to try and get her metabolism going and look at
swimming
for her. Also enquiring about local classes like Zumba which might be more fun for her ?

Photo of a painted lady butterfly on budlia. The narcotic for bees and butterflies.
The river was crystal clear and had trout
swimming
between the wavering weeds that looked like mermaids hair. A duck wandered around the tables giving one polite quack at each table to see if there was any food on offer.

Staring, dating and swimming when you have scleroderma - Hannah’s visible difference story
The other day I went
swimming
and a group of teenage girls were looking at the scars on my stomach. I don’t want to get angry but I do want respect. I want to say to people “don’t judge as you don’t know what I’ve been through”.

Running Down Dementia
Some days I was just
swimming
with memories of my late mum. And visiting my mum in law is hard at times. I've joined a group for Running Down Dementia and one of the runners just lost his dad. The meaning for this run is indescribable. I just wanted to share this

Summer holidays ☀️⛺️🏊♀️🧗🏼♀️🍻🚬🌊💕
To be fair, I was camping, travelling, climbing, walking, scrambling up and down cliffs,
swimming
, surfing and so on... (also a bit of drinking and the odd fag 🙊) but it isn’t running. My tan and smile are blinding, but legs, lungs and Vo2 max have all taken a dive.

Are there any barriers to exercise?
I have been
swimming
and only managed 12 lengths with stops inbetween, a far cry from the 30 I used to do.

Chlorinated salad anyone? 🥗
Bought mixed salads are washed in 19x more chlorine than is in a
swimming
pool, this washing process washes many of the nutrients out of the salad leaves, this would happen with washing at home any way And these bags of mixed salad are also packed in a special atmosphere that slows ageing so they stay

Thinking about muscle work outs at a gym?
I also feel my legs get all the work (running,
swimming
, walking, cycling) so I would like to work on my arms? But I'm not really sure how or where to begin? I imagine a gym will give advice on that though on initiation?

Recovery after PE is more than possible
Swimming
was the entry point - crossing 25m pool once for the first time left me breathless. I pushed myself and the situation gradually improved. It felt amazing. Couldn't hold breath for longer than 5 second, however I was capable of doing Aerobic exercises.

Is this going to change my retirement plans?
I have been well for most of the time, going on moderate bushwalks,
swimming
in waterholes, until this last week. Moving from Darwin towards Brisbane has brought cooler nights and different vegetation. I don’t know why but I have had thich mucus in my sinus and upper chest.
