The most beautiful amazing woman
Miss Hagar never learned to drive; she was scared to death of large bodies of water like
swimming
pools and the ocean and scared of heights; she thought magic was the devil’s work.

Thanks you for caring
I know that I should just keep
swimming
as dory puts it..... and I know that there is life ahead of me, I mean everyone keeps telling me that. I understand I’m only 16..... but that is what scares me, I’m only 16...... this is my life and I’m so young.....

I don't no if it's because I've over done it this week with running and
swimming
everyday. ( alternative) I'm going to take the weekend off for abit if rest, although I'll be walking a lot all weekend. And hoping for them to be better on Monday to try again, or even Sunday night.

An Open Letter to everyone who makes our daughter’s life more difficult than it should be, by parents Liam and Sinead.
To the parent who tried to remove my daughter from their child's
swimming
lessons. To the mum who told me that children who look like my daughter would be locked away in her country. To the parents who watched their children refuse to hold my daughter's hand and failed to intervene.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO STAY QUIT? (long post sorry)
Work out Physical activity, such as
swimming
, running, and racquet sports, helps relieve tension and the urge to smoke. Exercise will also help burn off any extra pounds.

Hi, here to share my recovery - and how you can help yourself.
Pilates and
swimming
(very gentle and slow) 3 months in, my depression lifted one day as I stood up from a roll-down. It was that dramatic I could feel how all my mental issues were due to the chronic pain.

Just a bit further
My back is quite painful but I intend to start
swimming
again to see if that helps. Still little steps and onwards and upwards.

Can we talk shampoo?
If I add in
swimming
, Strength and Flex etc. that may increase. I have long hair unruly hair, has anyone found a decent shampoo that works but doesn't dry your hair too much? I have tried 2 different "frequent use" ones but I still feel my hair is getting dryer.

Hi I'm new here, old hand at pain. By focusing on connecting with my Base-Line muscles I've learned to release the pain, stress + tensions.
I started Pilates and
swimming
(very gentle and slow, I was to scared to strain and spent a lot of time just breathing and trying to activate my "core"). 3 months in, my depression lifted one day as I stood up from a roll-down.

CRAVINGS!
Go to the gym or go
swimming
. Chew some gum, lozenges , fresh fruit or veg. Go to a non smoking enviroment , cafe or similar. Use some nicotine replacement. All these things can help you . Dont let that little white stick get the better of you. Your far stronger than you think.

Could have been funny... but
Reason: Darling dober-herd (Merlin) fell into a fast flowing ditch next to the river, it was about 1.25 m deep, but the water, thankfully was only about 60cm, so he was
swimming
a bit in some places and wading in others...

October Half Marathon Group: Stay cool, and find your smile! 😊
Seriously, I love to run straight after a swim without drying myself, and staying in my
swimming
costume (I have a tri suit now, but I used to just put a top and shorts on over my cozzie 😄) - it makes me feel really light and cool 😊😊😊 Cool running, all!!
