What to use for when toddler goes into pool
My 2.5 year old has never been in a pool/
swimming
before and we're going on holiday in April and will have our own pool to use. Can anyone tell me what I might need in terms of inflatable ring/arm bands? I'm completely clueless.

Cold Swimming -good or bad for arthiritis? My own take on it...
Unless you've been under a rock for the last 3 years, you will have been bombarded by news articles about the open or cold water
swimming
craze... 18 months ago a friend suffering with anxiety and asked if I wanted to try open water
swimming
(which it's supposed to help).

Good news is that I did already have a rash vest so this week have gone back to
swimming
- only one in the pool covered up but SO glad to be there and its really helped the joints.

I need to exercise but it hurts so much
I went
swimming
yesterday, I did less than half of what I used to do, and today I am so stiff, sore and tired that even going up the stairs to the bathroom is torture. I am desperate to become more active, I miss it, it helps my mental health as much as my physical health (at least it did!)

Traumatized because of my boyfriend
We were on our way to his house after spending the day
swimming
(It was 100 degrees today) and after getting ice cream and we stopped at the pharmacy right near his house so I could get something I really needed and as we pulled into a parking spot he slammed on the gas and we smashed into the side of

Are saunas and steam room a trigger
I went
swimming
and I actually enjoyed it. To finish my session off I went for a sauna. Within 10 minutes my heart went upto 170bpm. This lasted for 5 hours. Before my ablation I was told I had a/f and a/fibrillation. Is this a one off or are saunas a trigger?

PMR and keeping physically active
The first onset and this current flare happened at times when I wasn’t
swimming
because of the pandemic, but, if I am in pain, activity seems to aggravate it.

Crippling leg cramp
Anyway, feeling much better and I don't feel like I have any symptoms at present and had in fact increased my exercise quite considerably ( 3 x 5m runs a week, plus Squash, walking and pool
swimming
).

I know I’m running a risk, but what can I do?
For me, back in June 19, was
swimming
. That cardiac arrest came out of the blue as I’d been
swimming
regularly for around 5 years by then. Now I’m thinking that by going back
swimming
(half amount; 40 lengths in 30 minutes) I’m asking my heart to use (rebuild?)

Cold water swimming effects
I started all year round sea
swimming
almost 2 years ago ( swimsuit not wetsuit) with no apparent issues. Does cold water

pose a problem with CKD?

Should I try antidepressants after after massive heart attack, cardiac arrest, stent, 6 months ago AFib, cardio version 3 months ago.
Swimming
twice a week, just started Pilates, do cardiac exercise twice a week. I’ve improved slightly but can feel those feelings are never far away. It’s not worry about heart stuff but that I should be further along than I am. And getting tired and being slow frustrating.

PSP best advice = Please Stay Positive
- Plus regular weekly exercise regimes such as Yoga and Pilates …. and some
swimming
. - Distant healing. i.e. White Eagle Lodge, and Deer Tribe Medicine Society. - I am being checked every 8-12 weeks by a kinesiologist for diet and necessary supplementation.
