Cold water swimming effects

I have vasculitis and associated CKD. I started all year round sea swimming almost 2 years ago ( swimsuit not wetsuit) with no apparent issues. Does cold water swimming pose a problem with CKD?

I am impressed. There are lots of reported benefits to the immune system from cold water swimming. I recently asked my consultant about the benefits diet has on immune system in particular spinach and kidney. He said the benefits of a good diet massively outweigh the risk of kidney stones. If you have doubts ask your medical team.
