Hiii!

It’s been 2 weeks since I last ran and oh how I’ve missed it 😢 I have been swimming and stretching in the meantime which is great for the hip but doesn’t give me that buzz I get from a run!!

however on the plus, I tentatively walked on the treadmill yesterday and did 1 min v slow jogging just to see and I managed without pain so I repeated the walk/jog for 16 mins until I felt my hip complaining. Then I stopped. Today, I can feel it niggling but I think I can see the running light again! 🤗

Thanks for the kind messages of support 💜

Well done! I also went for a swim this week and really enjoyed it but you're right, it's not like running. I'm looking forward to getting back to it 😄
