Well the idea of smaller portions (so eating less) and more exercise .... (i have bitten the bullet and joined a gym with a pool, because i love swimming) Is beening adhered to this week. My sciatica is rearing its ugly head but i’m not giving in. So far tho i’ve done 30 mins on a static bike every morning aiming for 5 weekly 30 min ‘proper’ exercise sessions. Easy so far but my shift patterns are a nightmare, luckily had 2 late starts & 2 days off, the killer will be tomorrow when i have an all day sleep in to do .... NOT a morning person 😂

Well done NannaT, you’re off to a flying start 😊 Why don’t you come on to the Whats Happening Today thread for a general news and catch up? It’s a good way to keep motivated 😊

I don't envy you shift working NannaT , I like a regular pattern to the day (one more thing I'm finding out about myself on this weight loss journey ;) )

I agree about making a couple of changes, bedding them in and then moving on to the next changes.

Good luck and stay involved with the forum, through the peaks and the troughs :)
