New to Peripheral Neuropathy
I have just finished an 8 week course of B12 and go to the
surgery
for a blood test today. My feet seem to be improving but very, very slowly. They are not so angry. Does anyone know how long it takes for B12 to take effect? Am I being impatient! Thank you .

VETEBRAL PLASTY SURGERY FINALLY SCHED FOR NEXT WEEK
Vetebral
surgery
scheduled for Sept. 21.
PMRPRo,
can you please tell me about hydrocortisone cover (during
surgery
) and doubling up on regular Pred for a couple of days afterward? This, so I can sound intelligent when the Nurse calls. Lol. It is a local anesthetic, not being put to sleep.

Not Fibromyalgia: Not CFS
Following major
surgery
for head and neck cancer I developed terrible fatigue which included a ton of symptoms. Covid was rife and no appointments were possible with a GP. Not much better now either. I was in a real state both physically and mentally so emailed my
surgery
with a 2 page letter.

Bariatric surgery, what do you think?
I've been thinking about doing a stomach reduction
surgery
(gastric sleeve) because I can't lose weight.

3 weeks post surgery - zoladex + tibolone!
Hi all, I am now three weeks post lap #2, where they removed stage 4 endo from my ovaries, uterus, bladder and bowel. It has been a much rougher recovery this time round. The surgeon wanted me to get the zoladex implant before I’d even left hospital the next day but I burst into tears when they told

Father has developed chronic hiccups
I have researched a bit and it appears that the Phrenal neve that runs from the spine can cause this issue after
surgery
. We are now considering going private as i've become very worried about him, he is 77.

just like that, another BFN 💔
I also in two minds about whether to have excision
surgery
for my endo before we use any more precious blastocysts. It’s all a gamble, I feel like I’m stuck in a constant game of stick or twist!

Private Consultation Findings - thoughts on next steps
I've had a pelvic MRI which 12 months post
surgery
has found growths tethering the bowel & bladder, but my ovaries and tubes look ok. Frustrated to say the least. He was very careful not to confirm if these have been there pre or post my 2022
surgery
!!

Stage 4
I had a big excision
surgery
at the end of 2021, which helped a lot. However, I started to get certain symptoms again last year and they became consistent to the end of it.

knee surgery discussion with orthopedic surgeon
Hello out there, I would like to get some feedback from people who have had knee
surgery
that have RA. My last
surgery
(bladder mesh removal) meant I had no RA drugs in me for a month and it was brutal, trying to heal and being in a big flare from the trauma on my body.

Uh Oh! Should I be worried?
The pharmacist told me to talk to the
surgery
as they did not receive the order for T3. I spoke to someone on the phone at the
surgery
who said 'Oh it just needs to be signed off by the doctor, the pharmacy will have it for you next week.'
