I haven't been on in a long time to post. Unfortunately things not good. My husband developed necrosis of jaw due to Xgeva, had one surgery and molar removed. It came back and just had another surgery with 6 nights in hospital and the second surgery plus part of jaw removed. This was after original surgery and heavy antibiotics for 6 weeks. He lost 20 pounds, has no energy at all, can't eat, no appetite. He just got out of the hospital last week. They did all tests as liver enzymes were elevated. Thank God no cancer in liver, they think it was from antibiotics. Meanwhile he is home, skinny and depressed. His oncologist wants to try Pluvicto. Any thoughts on this? I am concerned as to weight loss etc., can his body handle this treatment? Thanks Judym

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry to hear about the jaw necrosis. For how long had he been taking Xgeva?
There is a ton of info on Pluvicto in the H.U. history file(s).
Note: I wish to offer my apologies if I offended anyone regarding my so-called humor about "race" or "misogyny". To me, humor is boundless and since we entered this word crying, I thought it would be a good idea to exit laughing.
