Hi, cortisol blood test advice please

I've finally got my appointment for a cortisol blood test(other blood tests but not sure what) in a couple of weeks. Should I be wary of taking supplements? still take levothyroxine at 6am(blood test 9am) no information given & I had to chase up🤦 so any information I'll be interested. Endo I believe is giving me an overall check before possible T3 trial (if nothing obviously is a miss) provided my surgery funds it😳

Thanks in advance.
