Two years ago the dr wanted to do this surgery and I went a different route I should’ve known I was gonna end up with this surgery at some point. My anxiety has been through the roof I had to have my Dr up my meds just so I could relax.

My desired date for surgery is sometime in June. I have done my homework on this, do I want surgery, hell no, but name another cancer where they leave the main tumor in your body.

My question is, has anyone here pursued an option of corrective surgery? If so, I hope you had a good outcome. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how it went in time. I'm just facing the same thing. The best of luck to everyone reading this, Emersee

But I paid for a private consultation with a cardiologist who referred me for surgery, via the NHS pathway. (I would recommend this for anyone that can do it and doesnt want to wait or cant speak to an NHS cardiologist).

Hi, i had surgery on Monday where endometriosis was removed. I am getting a burning sensation on my skin of my belly, just around my belly button. I also have bad back pain at the left side. Just wondering if this is normal?😊

Hello all, I had my TKR surgery Thursday and all has gone smoothly, I got back home last night and so far the pain has not been too bad. I am using tramadol and paracetomol in a staggered sequence and it seems to manage it reasonably well.

so frustrated went to my surgery slot. Had blood pressure and urine taken. Then to be told that it has been cancelled and have to wait for another date 😡

Hi Can anyone offer advice about having Elective surgery with a suppressed TSH. I'm currently on T3 only and doing well, slowly getting my life back after T4 only and T4/T3 combination not working. I've been offered Elective ENT surgery, I know my TSH will be suppressed.

I have seen him thru heart attack, open heart surgery, DVT deep vein thrombosis and now a stroke. I will always be here as his wife, his friend, share a home/room and love with him but I have to learn to live with the new relationship.

In a perfect world I’d like to be off drugs other than anticoagulants like I was before surgery but I feel a bit helpless as once I come off Amiodarone I have no control over how my heart is behaving .

My fear is that after surgery my already low AMH will be lower but I'm hoping they manage to remove some endometriosis during surgery too so that could be a good thing?

Although symptoms would go away with pregnancy and could have surgery after to fix it. I’m petrified of needles though! Our main goal is conception so we’re swaying towards IVF for the better likelihood of pregnancy but open to others opinions whether surgery would be better?

Hi everyone I've been taking Warfarin for over 7 years now due to Vale Surgery. Its always either very low or High INR never where it should be. Has anyone experienced any side affects while taking Warfarin . Regards Adeline
