What to do when denosumab course ends?
It is a good job I have not yet lost my marbles - the
surgery
does nothing! I am keen to know what happens next - I understand that doing nothing is not an option. I have tried bisphospinates with awful side effects, and I was wondering what others have done when they have come of the Denosumab.

I called my GP
surgery
this morning to make a GP appointment. As usual my request is met with resistance. It seems my
surgery
does not accept advanced bookings to see the GP. I'll have to make and E consult.

Starting Statins.
After recent blood tests
Surgery
decided I should be on Statins. Atorvastatin now perscibed but not started. Seems to be a safety net as Cholesterol is within normal limits .

Lobectomy for bronchiectasis
I am currently on colomycin via a nebuliser and was also on azithromycin from June till 1st September and leaving up to my
surgery
I actually started to cycle again and was back in the gym. I stopped azithromycin after
surgery
and it just seems strange that Ive started to feel ill again.

NMSC- Non melanoma Skin cancer
Learning how to spot the early signs and symptoms is vital, as if detected, diagnosed and treated early, you could avoid disfigurement through
surgery
and in rarer cases NMSC can become life-threatening.

Severe hepatic steatosis
I had recent
surgery
(unrelated) and have had some bothersome symptoms since that prompted the scan (particularly pain just below my ribs on the right) so it was the consultant that ordered the test but I'm not due to see her for weeks.

Gastric endo - help!
I have extensive disease requiring
surgery
, thought to be bowel involvement. MRI due in the next week. I’ve been having dreadful constipation the last few weeks requiring manual evacuation (sorry TMI but it has been awful).

Endo pain after surgery
hi I had
surgery
to remove my endo around 2 months ago and since then things were slowly going in the right direction pain wise. However, pre
surgery
I was dealing with random bleeding and post
surgery
it was the same so 3 weeks ago, my consultant changed me from Provera to Yasmin.

Hi all, I was hoping to get some feedback/advice from ideally ladies who have undergone ICD implant
surgery
. Today marks two weeks from getting an ICD. It is placed under the muscle and towards my armpit, over my left breast.

Newly diagnosed seeking advice on surgical options
Hi, Recently diagnosed with S3 Ovarian Cancer and have been given a choice of primary debulking
surgery
followed by 6 rounds of chemo or interval debulking with the
surgery
in the middle of 6 rounds. Worried that PDS is more risky/ radical although I’ve been told that it wouldn’t be.

Asthma Annual GP Review
This morning I received a letter from my
Surgery
asking me to complete the enclosed Asthma Diary (sadly, one wasn’t enclosed) so that they could see the ‘patter’ of my peak flows. I have now sent them the information online as last year my hand-submitted diary never reached my medical records.

Giant aneurysm
I've been told my case is serious and urgent, but I'm yet to get the date for an angiogram scan which will inform
surgery
. The (to be confirmed) plan for
surgery
is a clip with a bypass. I'm in this group for support, and to hear and learn from others going through the same situation ☺️

Do I need an Oncologist?
I was not interested in
Surgery
so the Urologist referred me to a Radiation Oncologist. After the radiation treatments were over I went back to the Urologist to continue the Lupron treatments.
