Failed ICSI - 2 eggs collected none survived
I had hoped we would a number survive and that we could freeze them in case something went wrong during future
surgery
. I am on a nhs waiting list for endo
surgery
but I know the wait is very long, so now exploring private
surgery
options. I am also on the list for ivf on the nhs.

Metoprolol
I have been prescribed metoprolol which is helping but every pharmacy I contact, and also my own prescribing
surgery
are finding it very hard to get hold of. Anyone else have this problem? I am in UK.

No surgery quite yet
Anyway, he said that yes, I need gallbladder
surgery
, but the situation is not as urgent or dire as my GP's receptionist made it out to be. He was willing to do the operation right away, but we agreed with his suggestion to run additional tests first and see what else is going on with my guts.

Thyroid test denied
I've made a complaint about this and I'm changing
surgery
. There's no way I can stay with a
surgery
that isn't helping me monitor my thyroid. Another doctor called me to repeat the same thing.

Removal of contralateral testicle
Surgery
was successful. Now waiting two months and then check PSA and Testosterone. Still hormone sensitive, but no further Lupron required. Looking forward.

Exercise following open heart surgery
Eleven weeks ago I had open heart
surgery
to remove a large atrial myxoma. I would now like to start getting back into exercise as I’m feeling much better though still have some soreness around my sternum. I would particularly like to get back into yoga to build up my strength and suppleness.

Endo help
I decided to go ahead and am booked for
surgery
in a couple of weeks. I updated my fertility clinic and they sounded like they thought it was not the best route for my fertility and I should just do another round of ivf 😟 Im going to still go ahead with
surgery
as I know im in good hands.

Any experiences surgery at Ross Hall Glasgow?
My
surgery
is very soon with Dr Hawthorn and I'm getting nervous. Been told I'll only be in one night, doesnt sound much. DIE to be excised, slight bowel adhesion, ovaries stuck together and multiple cysts to be removed. It all sounds terrifying!

Money saving
Quite open about the fact that everyone in the
surgery
having B12 injections were being told the same. Looks like a cost saving exercise, wondering if it’s happening in all surgeries?
