You need to speak to your consultant. I am having a small surgery and have been told 3 days before and after. In the past it has been 5 days before and 5 days after.Its important that both doctors are familiar with your situation. They should be prepared with the risk of bleeding.
My blood numbers werent affected by stopping the Ibrutinib.
