Removal of contralateral testicle

To further reduce risk of recurrence of NHL DLBCL the contralateral testicle was removed as well. Surgery was successful. Now waiting two months and then check PSA and Testosterone. Still hormone sensitive, but no further Lupron required. Looking forward.

I have been on lupron since 2011. Hot flashes was the biggest problem. Over the years they became less intrusive and less frequent. Moww on estradoil patch and no problem at all. Some sexual function for about 5 years but eventually failed. No other problems that I recall.

Not really noticed any difference since stopping Lupron (last jag Jan4)Keeping fit (cycling running and walking)

and diet were important - an d still are

I'm vegan except for a little fish (wild, not farmed)

If you're interested search 'the China Study' which showed significant differences in cancer diagnosis between meat and dairy consumption v those eating only rice and vegetables
