Current trial: Current Trial (15 Days); 1.5mg methylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1.5mg adenosylcobalamin 3mg/ml, 1mg hydroxocobalamin 1mg/ml. SC injection 5-6 times a day including setting an alarm to inject at night if warrnted. 50 mg B6 in the form of P-5-P three times a day or pain from peripheral neuropathy returns. Benfotiamin B1 300 mg three times a day.
Due to my current self treatment which includes getting sun energy I woke up in the morning feeling pretty good as I should. I had a lot of rather easy tasks to do and did them feeling well as I did so.
I understand that some experience feeling better when injecting and project that is what everyone will experience which is false. That is why I often write not yet wonderful.
I then, after 8 +- hours decided to see if I could take a nap and did so. Woke up feeling not so good including a sore throat which is new to my current healing but not new to getting sun energy after being deprived.
I have been under the weather for 24 hours but it has not escalated as it would have prior to my current trial. I am attributing it to the stress on my body now that I have adequate B1 for my body to heal. That combined with getting more sun energy but not enough due to cloud cover. I expect based on life long experience that it will resolve in a few days.
I am waiting for the positive effect of more B1 to level out before I do a trial of manganese.
It no longer is a surprise to me that those with a B12 deficiency have a variety of symptoms given the complexity of the nervous system and that treatment is not designed for this complexity. I did find it helpful when Elliot Overton mentioned in a video that one organ might be deficient in B1 and others may not.
I right now do not have a formal evaluation designed which I have not done as I am sick of all the work to find a way to heal and then deal with the stress on my body as it heals.
