Lu-177/Ac-225 and Liver Metastases
I'm contemplating going to Heidelberg for Lu-177/Ac-225 treatment. In addition to the usual bone metastases, I also have lymph node and liver metastases. I've seen indications that liver metastases are problematic for Lu-177/Ac-225. Has anyone out there had experience with this sort of treatment with

Immediate Reconstruction Worries
I was diagnosed with DCIS 2/13/2019. I had a bilateral mastectomy on 03/14/2019 with immediate reconstruction of cohesive silicone implants. My implants are tight, pinching on one side and the other side I can feel the implant in on the side of my rib/chest wall. I need to note I am a obese female.

Hey everyone. Last three nights I slept three hours yet I don't feel sleepy in the morning which is concerning. I do have anxiety and panic disorder but I'm not sure if my sleep problem triggered it this time or of my disorder triggered insomnia. I have Temazepan prescription but scared to use it. Even

Natural sleep aid
Hey everyone 👋 On the topic of sleep aids... I have one that contains valerian root and hops....if I tend to wake up say at 1am or 3am, could I take a tablet? Or is that too late? I'm wondering if it's equivalent to just drinking tea.

Second Appointment on Tuesday!
So I’ve had a massive blow out over the Easter Weekend. I’ve enjoyed BBQs and gins in this sunshine. Rather than drinking to numb the empty feeling I carry everyday I turned it on it’s head and tried to be positive- “This may be the last time I can drink in the sunshine for a while!” (BTW I’m not an

Anyone have any experience with stimulants or depressants?
Before treating your B12 deficiency, did anyone try stimulants/depressants? For example Adderall, Modafinil, SSRIs, CBD, etc. What did you notice with it? Experience? Better? Worse? Nothing?

I had an ablation in October 2016 which was successful until I had a mastectomy in January 2018 when I went into AF. Since then I have had a few episodes of AF which seem to be getting more frequent and lasting longer. I have recently seen a couple of Consultants privately and both are suggesting

About Magnesium
Hi everyone. I've bought magnesium as I've heard great things about it. I'm not expecting a miracle cure or anything but I'm curious to try it. The only thing is I don't want to use it as a sleep aid just yet. I'd like to first try it out during the daytime, in the morning when my anxiety feels the worst

Temporary Stop to running...
Hi All, Unfortunately due to unexpected diagnosis of stomach cancer with 2 lymph nodes affected I’m having to stop running for a while. I’m absolutely gutted, terrified and shellshocked. I only began running on 1st April last year. In less than a year I’ve run 5K, 5miles, 10K and 10mile races and joined

Sleep Aid
One of the things I have found with RLS is that my head occasionally gets very hot and I end up turning my pillow over several times whilst trying to get to sleep. Recently I looked on the internet to see if there was an electrically cooled pillow, which there wasn't, but I found a Gel Pad that has
