Hi . I have been having trouble sleeping and so I tried better you, goodnight magnesium spray.

Just wanted to recommend it as it worked wonders for me. Easing joint pains as I can't take anything except paracetamol and mixes well with my asthma meds. ❤️

Thanks Atom 1 I will have to get some for my husband as he has trouble sleeping. My friend recommended it for the menopause and it helps with many other things. I will have to try tablets myself.

Thanks. I’d never heard of this but I’ll give it a try as I’ve hardly been sleeping lately yet I’m so tired!

It's supposed to relax your muscles and the aroma therapy oils in it help sleep.

Worth a try.

Works most nights for me.

Alas no Holland and Barrett near me but I’ve seen it at Amazon. No idea if it’s a good price from there but at least they deliver to here.
