Another name to what i suffer

I eventually got diagnosis of sleep apnea. Not worrying about it as its another name to what i ail. Awaiting sleep apnea machine to wear at night. Where does our list of complaints stop lol. Important thing is to keep our minds strong.

Hi i went through the test for sleep apnea last year while in hospital with my breathing although i stoppedbreathing 2o times through the night, before giving me the by pap machines home i was sent home with oxygen as my oxygen level dropped a lot while I was sleeping, I have to go for another sleep apnea study at the specialist sleep clinc,

Good luck i hope that you get some relief from the machine

I am so gneuinely sorry to read this my friend, and I sincerely hope that you get on with your C-PAP Machine. I also suffer with sleep apnoea and wear a C-PAP, and I have mine for about 4 years now. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

I really hope you get a better sleep with your pap machine...my OH has one and has had much better nights sleep since.....before he had it he was a disaster to sleep with...snoring, twitching, kicking and now he is much more peaceful....Best of luck xx

I have cpap machine for sleep apnea ,n yeah another to the list ,please try try try with cpap it has helped me so much ,IV more energy,colour skinwise ,I can't always use the machine ,if I flare my skin gets sore to touch so the mask is painfully ,but I won't ever give the machine back it's helping xxx good luck
