Anyone have any suggestions how not to feel so worn out?? I've done very good the last few days with little or no panic episodes but I' am tired all the time I take my vitamins, I sleep good & trying to eat better I am not stressed out I'm not sleepy just drained of energy from fighting the attacks if they start Thanks Lvumor

In a way you have answered your own question you are worn out fighting the panic attacks which users up more adrenaline than we have time to replace in our bodies which is what makes us so tired all the time
We have just a teaspoon of adrenaline in our bodies which is more than enough for someone that does not suffer with anxiety but for those that do we empty that teaspoon so quickly and our bodies have to work so hard trying to replace it
Have you had your bloods done at the Doctors , we can also tend to be lacking in vitamin D which is common with anxiety sufferers and even if you are taking vitamins if it is low we need stronger one's that only the Doctor can prescribe so could be something to look into if you have not already
Try and accept it is ok that you feel worn out , that you have been through an exhausting time , rest when you can and treat yourself just like you would if you ad been suffering with any other kind of illness and you should slowly start to get more energy back but give yourself time

Yes my doctor knows about my anxiety and he checks my blood regularly I know we are stronger than this!!! All of us has to remember you are only required in life to take one step at a time to keep moving forward
