Apnoea update, panicking a bit
I just got a call today from my GP office, saying my Gp received the request to refer me to a sleep study, but the office said he wants to see me, and has booked a double appointment. Considering my last experience, I am now absolutely bricking it. Why does he need to see me first for a referral when

Sleep studies for sleep apnoea?
Just got back from rheumy review, and one of the nurses from my iron infusions was there. First infusion was amazing, I had so much energy, second one, not so much and (as per usual when driving for longer than ten minutes) I had to pull over and sleep in a lay by before I crashed the car. The Nurse

The Apology (More scribblings)
Fatigue is a pest that
simply
won’t leave me be. And
sleep
is my panacea. I can’t socialise like I once could. I can’t drink, I can’t drive. I am no longer the ‘me’ I once was. And do you know what? I no longer care. I wouldn’t change one God damned thing.

Quinoric
Hi all, hope you are all enjoying the warm weather, I would just like to ask a quick question. Can you tell me what the problem is with Quinoric, is it as effective as plaquenil? I just completed the plaquenil I was given by the hospital, and I'm on my second week of Quinoric. The only thing I've noticed

Fluid Balance and Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome
Maintaining optimum fluid balance is important in achieving general good health. This is especially critical in Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome (AFS), where fluid dysregulation is a common occurrence, especially in the advanced stages. Fluid imbalance presents in a continuum. Conventional medicine, unfortunately

It's the Environment, Stupid.
My "clinical" depression is a result of: • A stressful parenting environment • Growing up impoverished • Having a multitude of siblings (from the same parents) • Having a mentally ill (Schizophrenic) brother that would go crazy • Inability to bring friends over to my house • Personal conflicts

A smoke free year.

Possible Sleep Apnea
Hi guys, I am currently awaiting treatment at hospital for very low iron which I thought along with being a very busy full-time working mum was the reason for my chronic exhaustion. Whilst looking at reason for the fratige, I came across some article on Sleep Apnea and a lot of the systems, ie waking
