Exhaustion?
So I am not sure where to post this. Lately I've felt exhausted all day everyday. My limbs feel a "heaviness" in them all the time. Today and yesterday I feel too tired to even breath. Been wondering if I may have CFS. I've had fibromyalgia for a few years now. And I did have a fibro flare last week

Quitting Cannabis and Vivid Nightmares/Dreams
Hello everyone, I quit smoking marijuana and oils about 3 months ago, and starting about 2 months ago I began having super vivid dreams and nightmares every night, usually 4-8 dreams a night, and most of them are not pleasant. Dostinex helps RLS
I have had RLS for about 20 years, it used to drive me nuts. Then i was diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma. For treatment I was given Dostinex (cabergoline). Suddenly my rls improved a lot. About 3 year's ago I was taken off Dostinex and guess what, my RLS returned with a vengeance. Dr started me on

PLMD
I was recently talking to someone who suffered severely from PLMD. I was diagnosed with this after a sleep study 7/8 years ago, but it never bothered me. The ex complained often. As I now sleep alone (kind of) I was wondering if I still had it. Then I realised 'something' was moving around between

Tanycytes control the hormonal output of the hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis
On this forum, as in much of the world of thyroid, we discuss thyroid hormones, the thyroid, the pituitary, iron, vitamins, and goodness knows what else. We almost never mention the hypothalamus. That is why I am posting this abstract. Not that I more than slightly understand it! But we should never

Week full of tests 😔
I recently posted about tingling in my legs and basically my doctor prescribed more deep sleep. Well that's easier said than done as I know you all know. However, I have given it my best effort despite a hurricane and having the worst four days of my life with almost no sleep. Other than that I feel
