Circumcised 10 days ago. My secret to overcome circumcision complications
My secret for fast recovery after circumsicion is the wim hof method breathing technique. Share it, copy and paste before someone commits suicide, at least share it once a month. I had circumcision almost 10 days ago, so far so good, still recovering, pain on the glans touching clothes 85% gone, i still

Shin pain, so is this shin splints?
So is this
shin
splints
? Meaning I have to stop running til they stop hurting...? If so, I guess I’ll have to do more cycling, yoga and other workouts for a couple of weeks instead :(

Update to "Feeling Terrible Lately".
Hello all, Well the reason I felt so terrible was because I ended up having Lyme disease.. I ended up seeing my family Dr. as I was starting to feel bad again. I was on antibiotics for 15 days and am doing well now. It got me behind my knee, so I didn't notice it at first. They are areal problem in our

Week 7 run 1 done! In the Hail.
It's not been easy, and battled through
shin
splints
but I love going out for a run now. In all weathers, Hail included! I have lost 2 stone in 2 months, mixture of diet change and running with this app.

Inspired by a Friend, C25K Day 1
I did get problems with
shin
-
splints
for a while and also tend to get problems in the ankle joints when running, so I'll be keeping a keen eye on that, but all in all, I think I deserve a pat on the back today. Its interesting to hear how other beginners are doing in this forum too.

Update: No more shin splints
Last week I was miserable with every run (jog) I did with terrible
shin
splints
. My last run for week 1 ended, and I was thinking of taking MANY days off, instead of a day or two. Monday rolled around, and I decided to go for it.

W9 R3 - Graduation Day!!
I've suffered from
shin
splints
, stitches and blisters along the way but completed the programme within the 9 weeks. So many highs over the last 2 months (especially W5 R3); worst run W6 R1 (wish I'd found this site sooner it would have saved a lot of anxiety at that point!)

HOW YOUR SKIN RESPONDS TO THE SUN CAN HELP DETERMINE YOUR RISK OF SKIN CANCER
HOW YOUR SKIN RESPONDS TO THE SUN CAN HELP DETERMINE YOUR RISK OF SKIN CANCER. People with Fitzpatrick skin type 1 or 2 are at greatest risk of skin cancer in comparison to other skin types. Cold sore
I had a sore bump yesterday on my lip and my lips just looked dry. I thought nothing of it. This morning my lips are really sore because it’s turned out to be a cold sore 😫😫😫😫. It’s a throbbing pain. Safe skin cancer treatment for PMR, advice please
Does anyone have any experience of Efudex cream for solar keratosis or skin cancer? I was prescribed it by a dermatologist but wonder if our thinner skin reacts more to it? I used it on a couple of small dark patches for about three weeks and it was quite alarming, just so relieved I didn’t slap it on

How to deal with the paradox that you're in pain trying to exercise but know the pain is because you're overweight and out of shape?
I've had chronic back pain,
shin
splints
and planter facetious for years and they've all flared up now that I've been more active on my feet. I love hiking but sometimes after a hike of even a mile or two I'm in a lot of pain towards the end.

Shin Splints
Only problem I seem to be having is
shin
splints
. Apparently being over weight isn't a factor. I've changed trainers etc. I really want to keep running but worry heavy legs and
shin
splints
might throw me off course. Any advice is appreciated

Rates of melanoma are rising faster than any other cancer in Britain. Why is that?
Rates of melanoma are rising faster than any other cancer in Britain. Why is that? Is it because there is still a genuine lack of awareness regarding the dangers of UV radiation and how to enjoy the sun safely? Is it because people still love to get a tan, despite the potential consequences? Is it

Week 1 Run 1
I got really bad
shin
splints
last time I did it, so I'd like to avoid that this time. I also need to find a better route to run, as I was just zig zagging round the local park which I didn't really like, there's a couple of routes near by I can try so I'll try a new one on my next run.

W1 R3 shin splints
W1R3 tomorrow and worried! I’ve enjoyed it so far but my legs feel like lead and my shins ache - any advice? I have Nike running shoes and cannot afford to buy anything new right now.
