I had circumcision almost 10 days ago, so far so good, still recovering, pain on the glans touching clothes 85% gone, i still gotta wait to the end of month for final results, by the way im wearing boxers made of very soft material so it feels like the sensitivity is almost gone, but when i don’t wear them i still feel a little sensitivity, because like i said sensitivity is almost 85% gone. I didnt shower for almost 10 days, so didnt get wet any of the circumcision. Also it didnt get infected, also when i pee i’ve been using wet paper towels huggies to clean the penis just in case. Also wearing gloves for the first 10 days whenever i pee. i havent apply any cream on the sutures, none, i let my body do his work. Also I practice the wim hof breathing technique method for fast recovery since day 1 little by little. After day 10 i shower first with warm water and then cold water. Cold water plus the breathing technique are keys for fast recovery. I think the wim hof method also helps to heal the glans sensitivity faster. if you had too much skin removed theres a surgery where surgeon do a vy inverted cut on the pubis and then they close it pulling skin from the pubis to the penis. And also there a surgery where they add skin graft from a hairless part of the body and they add it to the shaft of the penis to fix the issue. the vy inverted is the easiest one i think, so for those who dont like to have a tight shaft after circuncision theres an exit door to the problem and you will be able to masturbate better. And if you are gonna have circumcision soon before take pics of your penis flaccid and erect and let know your urologist if you are a grower and tell them your measures and also if you can have an erection before surgery and with a permanent marker do a line by where the glans starts so the doctor knows better where to do the cut, and take picture too so the urologist can see the picture before he does the cut. Maybe you could draw the line a little higher so you could have a little extra skin to masturbate better. Also record conversations. But dont forget that most urologist are very busy and they have a lot of things in their heads, so they could forget things, so you gotta make things easy for them. Always when Im gonna have a surgery I always try to nerd myself about the surgery, so literally I act like the surgeons assistant giving all the information i can about mu problem, my measures, pictures, and reminding them in simple words of what I exactly want in a respectful way. If I notice that they dont wanna listen to what i want to say then i go with another surgeon. Also I tend to trust more surgeon who had been located in the same address for many years practicing circumcision all those years. With all these you are gonna save yourself some hard times dealing with frustration and depression.
Also for preventing kidney stones gotta try to avoid a lot of salty foods and drink at least 1 liter of pure water daily, If not probably you are gonna have painful urination peeing little stones. Also most uncircumcised people have a weak pee flow and those circumcised have a normal pee flow. It happened to me, i used to have weak pee flow, sometimes i use to pee a few drops, now its a like water gun.
Also circumcision makes your penis looks bigger, even when flaccid, it doesn’t make it bigger but make it looks bigger but I only could recommend a circumcision to people when his penile foreskin is too tight to be pulled back (retracted) over the glans. Thats why I had the surgery. For example some uncircumcised men when they are in a very cold environment or when they have bowels movements almost all penis shrinks into the body and the glans is not visible it looks like a raisin, but when circumcised that doesn’t happen because now the glans is at the front so the glans can’t shrink into the body along with the foreskin, there could be some rare cases. This last one info can help for those who have 4cms penis in flaccid state and feel uncomfortable about it.
