Hello all, I’m new here but not new to C25k. I have just started it again and this will be my 4th attempt! All the other attempts have ended in me having to stop due to painful leg problems. Shin splints, sprains and last time stress fractures. So I’m trying to adopt a different forefoot running style and shorten my strides etc this time. I have been recording my progress and put it online so people can see me struggle LOL it’s great to look back on as well so you can see what your running style is and how you are progressing. So I recommend you filming yourself running so you can take a closer and slower look at your running style. I wish everyone well who’s started this and hope you all stay injury free!
