One run left!
I'm not really finding it that easy doing 30m in general but then again I'd have said that about
running
5 mins a few weeks ago! Looking forward to a bit of consolidation so that hopefully 30 mins feels more natural before too long.

Running after a cold
It sounded like
running
when you have a cold might even be beneficial, providing it's on the way out and you don't ache much.

HOT STUFF... COOL RUNNING...
Morning
running
people. It is that time again... the regular, ( if we have the weather for it), post about
running
in the heat. Although this advice is for those of us
running
in the UK, I feel sure that some of it, will apply to those of us
running
in hotter locations.

I'm back here, but got myself back there, and need to get myself back THERE (to be read with gesticulations)
I used to be a serial C25K-ist, but kept falling apart like a clown’s car during week 6; I’d be happily
running
along, minding my own business, and one of my wheels would go rolling off and upend an old lady walking her poodle.

Lost mojo don’t feel like starting all over again
At the beginning of the summer, having been a graduate for some time, I was happily in my slow world
running
with ease for 45 minutes (achieving about 4.5k at my comfortable pace) really enjoying being out and about but then various things over the summer prevented me from going out

Start week 6
Don't get me wrong, I was chugging like a steam train that's
running
out of coal, but that doesn't matter, I still did it. Those that think that it's too much of a jump, it isn't. I took the bull by the horns and just did it.

how can I help my son with feeling depressed after his cardioversion two days ago which appeared to have gone well?
Being normally a very active man enjoying
running
, golf, footgolf, who enjoys his food and a drink or two, he’s feeling low in mood looking at the festive period coming up as he has been told to obviously abstain from all that he enjoys!

Lost Mojo... if found please return ASAP
I have been
running
, but not the amount or the mileage that I had been doing ( in fairness to me, I have had a niggle in my shins following a fall ) Advice ( or a massive kick up the a$%e) would be greatly appreciated.

Stuck in the middle with - er, Denise. Sorry, Denise 😬
It's like
running
through treacle, but legs are working fine, breathing is good, and the second half feels easier. Next day I'm surviving on paracetamol and glued to the sofa. Everything feeling swimmy when I stand up.

Almorr - Cumbernauld 10k
Well for my first chip 10K I ran at my local community annual Cumbernauld 10k in a chip time of 1:09:22 which is the fastest 10K of this year, the weather was a little warm and sunny but not too bad for
running
, I was
running
and talking to the 70 minutes pacer, there were two but sadly one of them

First post ever i think;Bottled w5r3
easier not to, live at the top of a hill so all runs end with an uphill climb :(, but one positive though, think I've got my head around slow
running
now so thought I would revisit w5r2.

What do you listen to while running?
I'm getting close to the finals, so I would like to ask: Do you know if there is an application with Laura's instructions, where it would be possible to listen to own music or perhaps an audiobook? Or how do you do it? Thanks for the reply/tips/help.

I did it!
Now, I confess that my race was mainly walked, with some
running
interludes; my training took a nose dive over the summer and a recent (Friday!)

arrhythmia and the flu and Covid vaccine
My resting heart rate seems to be
running
a little higher than normal. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this after their vaccines and if it went away? I’ll call doctor if it doesn’t improve by Monday and I’ll hold off on any major exercise.

Back to it
So I give up
running
once I'm done. So here I am third time lucky. Hopefully this time I will stick with it after the programme is finished. Made a wee plan for myself. Anyway a long way off there. Starting back at week 1. Bought myself some new trainers. Here we go again. Wish me luck.

Something new for today
So one of our local
running
groups is starting a fitness walking group today and I am going along to try it out! I’m already
running
three times a week and this is a gentle extra as I can’t do any gym workouts did to my shoulder! My friend is
running
it so I am going to support her!
