Starting a YouTube channel is good rehab.
I got it up and
running
by the beginning of the year. Learning all the tech was hard but I managed to make a few videos that are really bad quality, learned from them and adjusted the way I made them.

Running for more purpose
Day 3, and as I sit in bed listening to music I wonder why I bother, I imagine myself pulling on leggings and top, wonder if I'm ready for shorts and decide not. Then my imagination shoves on a pair of odd socks, laces my trainers and get out the door. I find I'm still sitting there and wonder if I can

Lost Mojo... if found please return ASAP
I have been
running
, but not the amount or the mileage that I had been doing ( in fairness to me, I have had a niggle in my shins following a fall ) Advice ( or a massive kick up the a$%e) would be greatly appreciated.

Hello
I don’t mind
running
on my own, as I listen to audio books while I run.

Stopping Kevzara
I am still getting hot flames
running
up my arms and legs, which I know is the inflammation. But I had those when on the jabs. Or am I just kidding myself and next week I will feel lousy again?

Both times I’ve fallen pregnant (I was
running
to get fit ahead of pregnancy). That’s not happening this time (no more babies thanks!) and I’m delighted st the prospect of
running
for myself. compleyed week 2 today, and had a sore knee as I was

#Walk1000Miles : How’s everyone doing?
To be fair, a big proportion was the increase in my indoor rowing distances, but I also increased my walking distance and slightly seemed to have decreased my
running
distance.

8 months post Nstemi and quadruple CABG
I’m that period o felt so much better , achieved
running
goals and even did an accidental 10km trail run with my eldest daughter ( we got lost 🤦🏼🤣). Agreed with my GP to start Pravastatin at 40mg, within 2 weeks I was back to Zombie 🧟♂️.

Weight loss with PCOS & underactive thyroid
She's also quite active, having had two children (5 & 11) she's always on her feet
running
around after them. She is good with her diet I'd say, she has around 1,200kcal per day. She avoids high sugar/high carb foods.

I'd love to hear how other people have dealt with achey hips and knees - and managed to keep
running
. Thanks everyone!

Short Version: I’ve got a small head, I bought a head-torch, sent it back, did some running.
Next week, I’ll starting putting a bit more structure into the
running
. So, that’s it! What a week! Keep
running
everyone, with your big heads and your hats that aren’t filled with polyfiller. You don’t know how good you’ve got it.

WEEKLY CHAT 26TH JUNE - 2ND JULY 🫖☕️KEEPING THE FAITH
Tell us all about it, Has your
running
faith been tested recently? I hope, if you’re struggling with an injury or setback at the minute, that you remain certain of your return and remember that your VRBs will be here to welcome you back. An injury is temporary but
running
is forever.

NRC 10k Plan: 555 second run
This second year of
running
, I’ve really embraced
running
for time rather than distance and it was nice to have the validity of that reinforced by the run. If I’d stopped when the run ended, I’d have felt short changed because I was just coming to the end of warning up and hitting my stride!

Minor Calf Strains (Pulled Calf)
It also had the bonus of being able to record some
running
podcasts, using the walking sections to record my chatter and music tracks from Spotify for the
running
sections. Great fun.
