I can't believe I've just finished week 9 run 2 so only one more run to go! I can't lie, I struggled a bit more today because I didn't have a good night's sleep and then didn't get a chance to do it until the time I usually eat lunch but I powered through.
I'm not really finding it that easy doing 30m in general but then again I'd have said that about running 5 mins a few weeks ago! Looking forward to a bit of consolidation so that hopefully 30 mins feels more natural before too long. At the moment I base half of my day around the anticipation etc of the run so I hope I can get to the point where its a more natural habit.
I know speed is not the aim but I'm surprised I don't really feel able to increase my pace at all yet! I am being quite cautious about abiding by the advice given though which is probably working because I'm not really ever sore after a run which must be a good sign?!
Planning my final run for Monday now I think so that I can complete it in peace. I need to plan a reward for myself!

How exciting for you! You’ve done amazingly. Some runs are just tough-you showed you had the toughness to get through it and that’s such an important thing to know about yourself. Congratulations!
Just take the next one as just another run…with a good excuse to celebrate at the end.
