Completed week 3 today, moved the run from 8 in the morning to just after 4pm after work due to the heavy snowfall, got out there and actually enjoyed it, I don't know what it was but running in the snow was quite relaxing and calming for me, onwards to week 4 :)

Fantastic! Moving run times around is a great way to mix things up. 4pm is often when I go because it fits with work and dinner!

Great run for you. You’re doing so well. Roll on week 4!

Well done on completing week 3. I find walking in snow very calming, I think its in part the way noise and light is softened, so can totally understand that running would be too!
