Hi guys, hope everyone is doing ok. Just got back from my run and I’m amazed I did it! 20 minutes of continuous running without stopping, haven’t done that since school!!
Gave myself a stern talking to before I set off and surprisingly only the last two minutes were really tough but I made it!!
Knowing everyone on here is cheering you on from the sidelines really helps, so for anyone having a wobble, believe in yourself, and don’t give up 👍

This is such a fantastic update-congratulations! That’s a real milestone run and you deserve to be mega proud of yourself. Sometimes week 6 is a funny one because it’s back to intervals. It catches a lot of people out. Take it steady and you’ll have a great time.
Thanks for the lovely reply, I’ll definitely watch out for those intervals! I’m feeling quite chuffed at the moment 😀 Hopefully I wont be feeling it too much tomorrow! 💕
that’s absolutely brilliant -that run is so iconic I remember it as as it was yesterday and it’s such a great achievement- well done you and we’ll definitely all be cheering you on to that finish line! 👏🏼👏🏼
Well done ! You are doing brilliantly and sometimes a stern talking to one’s self works wonders😂. I remember when I did W5 R3 I seem to remember I was very apprehensive about having to do it. I think W5 R3 is so memorable for most of us here but somehow we all managed to conquer it and so have you ….Brilliant! Good luck with the rest of your C25K journey 👏👏👍
