My husband and I both
quit
smoking
12 days ago and I'm now wondering if our marriage will make it. We have been fighting just about every day when we were loving towards each other before. My insecurities seem to be exploding and I cry all the time.

Given my decades of
smoking
, the need and motivation to
quit
due to new long term health fears and realities, I pray will be the motivation I need.

My final stop
After many many many many tries at stopping smoking I am finally on the track of a final stop. On the 1 October 2014 I joined the non-smoking crew and I haven't had one ciggarette from that date, before everyone bombards me with congratulatory compliments on this massive achievement, I can not take

Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms????
Hi Guys, I've been reading to the community forums here about what you experience when you
quit
smoking
, I mean the withdrawal symptoms from nicotine. I mostly feel what I've read in this forum.

Weight loss/health struggles
Anyways, fast forwarding to today (or, since january this year till now I guess) I recently
quit
smoking
which is a step in the right direction! as I had picked up jogging, I quickly realised the choice I made was for the best.

Still Hopeful
I
quit
smoking
and try to stay positive and active. I have not received any medical treatment for this yet and up until now did not have any symptoms. I now have a cough in the morning and it is hard to lay flat as it feels as if someone is sitting on my chest.

A Whopping 4 days :-)
Hi all, a small step for man but a huge leap for this 30 a day, 'I love smoking' woman. I spent a while cutting down with an ecig but I'm now a full time vaper (better kit). I don't really have have any intention of ever giving up nicotine as I regard it as hugely beneficial to my health (guts & brain

Quit smoking a few weeks ago
I'm 25 and I recently
quit
smoking
and have had a bad coughing problem since. It started dry, but now there is always gurgling when I cough and my throat tickles when I breathe in too deep. My chest rarely feels tight, maybe twice since I quit in the last few weeks.

Kicking e-cigs
Hi all, I'm coming from a different angle to many I feel. I have been smoking only an e-cig for nearly 3 years now. Two Christmases ago (I'd been on e-cig only for a few months) I had a flat battery on my e-cig while out socializing. A friend gave me one of his regular cigarettes. I lit it and took

5 days done... This is about my 4th time quitting! I've tried champix, hypnotherapy and vaping. This time I'm vaping again and I'm finding it suprisingly easy but I have the sorest gum and arm rash. Newbie and struggling!
Hi all, after smoking 20 (some days more) a day for 35 years I stopped smoking cold turkey on Monday 5th Jan and by Thursday I was climbing the walls. I went out for NRT patches but most places were sold out - I guess everyone was trying to quit at New Year. I managed to get step 2 patches (I think I
