I literally feel like I'm dying
I
quit
smoking
so I moved on to redbull; I drink at least 1 can per day, because it keeps me away from smoking. Now, here's the part that I can't handle. I worry myself thinking about it. I feel SO unhealthy. I'm a programmer, video editor and graphic design artist.

fourth day with no smokes.
iv just hit the 72 hour mark. I really feel like i'll never smoke again as long as it doesn't get any worse. I'm not going to lie, its been pretty easy quitting so far. I mean iv been snappy and getting very annoyed at stuff and get some really bad cravings but its nothing like if imagined. my worst

22 days and counting!
I've made it 22 days! The last couple days I have been feeling this tightness and being wheezy in my chest. Is this normal? I have also woke up to coughing which really worries me. I make myself crazy worrying about cancer. This has been so tough. Do you find that the cravings subside EVER?? Some days

My Friend's depression - what meds, diagnosis do you suggest? - especially people in the same shoe and doctors!
There was a time in the last 7 years when He has
quit
smoking
and been to the gym about 5-6 hours a day training, but unfortunately, He's given up sports again, because He didn't gain much weight (I guess He was not eating enough when He was in gym). This must have been 4-5 years back...

Sickening smell
Walking around today and all I can smell is tobacco and it makes me feel sick I've quit a lot of times and never had this reaction too. But happy about it to be honest it looks like my brain is saying its a bad thing that's fantastic as I know this should help me not to go back at all. But so that smell

Quit
smoking
soon as it happened. That was several months ago. Feel like I am getting worse. Albuterol helps, but not much. Even talking makes things worse. I don't cough. Never have. Appreciate any feedback.

It gets easier
As you may know, I read, and would recommend Alen Carr's book, 'easy way to
quit
smoking
'. It has given me the capability to see smoking, addiction, withdrawal and cravings for what they rearly are, and help me through.

I am 24 male, was a chronic smoker for about 6 years, recently
quit
smoking
6 months ago. I had an episode of really high heart rate one night approx 6 months ago. Went to the hospital. They suspected it to be a heart attack. Did an CAG (Cardiac AngioGram), which came out normal.
