Permanently! I guess it's the lack of a stimulant :)

Hi Dizzy 😃

I was a mixture of being tired and hyper 😕

I found during the first 4-6 weeks I suffered with insomnia really badly and I was restless and found it difficult to relax 😟

I guess most of us will suffer difficult times when quitting so hang in there it will be better soon 😄

Maybe try some gentle exercise and some multi vitamins to see of that helps 😊

Sorry couldn't be anymore help just be positive and keep strong

Xx

Hiya Dizzy, very common side effect I'm afraid but the good news is it will pass😊

Hope your new baby daughter is settling in well and most new parents are tired in the beginning, I suppose a combination of both of these major events in your life will take a bit of getting used to. You're doing great, so well done👍🏼😊x

I'm having a hard time with fatigue but some peers on this site said it's very normal .....I'm trying to drink more water and deep breath........keep up the good work🙋

Tiredness wasn't something I had when I quit. I was more fidgety and tapping my fingers. Everyone is different I guess.
