Why am I coughing up blood?
Hi, since June I’ve
quit
smoking
(smoked for 5 months) aside from when I was a bit younger in 20s for a few years.. I’ve been coughing/clearing my nose and throat with blood in sputum (image attached) I’m 33, I have no chest infection btw.. After seeing blood I quit immediately.

I've recently

Doctors don’t know how to help after quitting smoking.
My whole
smoking
life I was told to
quit
. Now I’m quit and all my doctors have no help for me. Worthless people who tell you to change. But when you change, they have no help for you. It’s all smoke and mirrors. They know it’s hard to quit, so the odds of you needing their help is low.

Lung age?
She says when my lungs settle down (
quit
smoking
long enough) they will deteriorate at the normal rate. Well, that's something to look forward to! Thanks in advance, in some ways I am very lucky, for the moment at least. :)

New here
I will be 8 months
quit
smoking
tomorrow, which I know is the best thing for my health as I have COPD and breathlessness issues. The problem I have now is I'm about 3 stone heavier which is also not good for my health, and I just don't know where to start.

No benefit to quit smoking.
The 2 big benefits to
quit
smoking
is health and money. But If smokers care about health or money we wouldn’t smoke!!! Take that out and what am I left with? 3 years in my prime, waisted and now I’m left angry and unhappy.

Healthier as a smoker.
My hands breakout with bad eczema sense I
quit
smoking
. Never an issue until I
quit
. Doctors don’t like that, say quitting helps with skin problems. It’s all lies!!! I was happy, now I’m a mess. Quitting is highly overrated.

Looking for some tech help to improve my life.
I
quit
smoking
but still need to
quit
dipping and drinking. I eat healthy but not always and want to see about apps to help me meal plan to do so all the time. It is hard because of how busy I am. I work 25 minutes away from home and am in vehicle sales so my hours tend to vary.

2nd cycle - icsi instead of ivf - zona pellucida too thick?
Although I have now
quit
both
smoking
and drinking, I have done both (quite indulgently) most of my adult life and can't help but being livid with myself for not taking better care of my body.

Today was my first day of doing any form of exercise for what must be nearly 18 years. 35 days ago I
quit
smoking
