Good morning Jennysb 123, nice to see you here,
I'm Pete by the way, erm i'm not sure how much the gum costs because i'm using patches, but if you join a local quit smoking group at your doctors or chemist you can get the nrt's cheaper, even for free in some cases
Emjay and Jarvo are our quit support advisers and am sure one of them will be in touch shortly
You've come to the right place for help and support, there a lovely bunch of people on here, and we try to have a bit of a laugh as well to help us along the way, usually on the daily chat.
Hope i've helped you abit, will have a look through the old blogs to see if i can find anything else that might help, speak again
Pete

Hi Jennysb123,
Welcome to our lovely online stop smoking community family
Everyone's more or less covered the answers for you
If you attend your local stop smoking service you can receive your NRT from then, they will give you a prescription for your NRT and depending on whether you are in receipt of free prescriptions will obviously depend on whether or not you pay for them.
You can also buy them quite cheap from various pharmacies and also some shops (Home & Bargain) However, if you get extra support on top of your NRT such as from here or from your local stop smoking service, you are 4 times more likely to stay quit at 4 weeks.
If for any reason you cannot find your local service, message me your postcode or area you live in and I'll reply with the details that you need
It's good to hear that you're thinking about quitting again. Please see any other times that you have tried as a practice for the real thing
Staying positive right through is also really important too!
