Hi there Noodles Joe.
Congratulations on getting to 2 months. Agreed, it is hard but we're proving ourselves much stronger than we thought we'd be, especially with everyone's help and support on here. Am loving the feeling of freedom that's coming with it though after 42 years!
I caught a few minutes of Big Brother last night (never, ever watched it) and it seemed that nearly all of them were smoking in there. I suppose it makes a change from all the homogenised tv that we get mostly these days that shows that nobody on the planet smokes!!

Hi Noodles Joe. Big well done on reaching 2 months thats great. Hey your only a spring chicken compared to me a 63yr old biddy. At least you will get more benefit quitting early. I know I wont get as much benefit but at least I am giving my body a chance.
Keep at it love.
Congratulations!!! It is so good to hear. Must admit it's been hard for me to get to this many weeks, at times, but not always, not every day. It is just brilliant that after so many years, the habits of a lifetime can be changed. It's never too long, or too late :). It is so empowering, finding out you CAN quit, for me anyway
