Extreme fatigue. Any solution?
This is wiping me out. Honestly. It tends to start at about 5 pm and lasts for about 2/3 hours. I used to take Whey protein to counter it but this appears to not hit the spot. I’m utterly exhausted when this phenomenon strikes and am wondering if anyone has any ideas? I take B1 daily (Superior Source

Coronary calcium channel score
Is statin prescribing linked to Coronary Calcium score? In late 60's my recent Angiogram was fine but had a CCS score of 25. From what I've read, Statins do not eliminate existing plaque, but stop it getting worse. Always ate healthy, since a child being faddy, cut off every bit fat from meat, wouldn'teat

Erfa swap update
my ferritin has just come back as 28 (5-204) I think this is my iron store so it’s clearly deficient. I’ve struggled with anaemia since I was about 18 (maybe before but no cause before then for a blood test it was discovered when I became a donor) No one has ever given me a reason for this! And I

relatively new RLS sufferer, looking for guidance on the use of tramadol.
Hello, I’m happy to stumble across this supportive and Knowledgeable community. I’m 36, and started struggling with a frozen shoulder in April. I was prescribed co-codamol, then Tramadol for pain relief. After a few weeks, I started really struggling with restless legs. I’ve tried a number of things

About two years ago I requested for the first time, full access to my records. This was granted but was very spasmodic at best. A recent hospital document briefly appeared and then disappeared. However the day prior to this a Discharge letter arrived at my home with similar contents namely my Spine

Naproxen for fracture pain
I think I’ve had another fracture in lower back. GP referred me for urgent X-ray which takes 2 weeks. Paracetamol and Ibuprofen not doing much for pain and I’m extremely sore and stiff. Try to keep moving as sitting doesn’t do it any good at all. I’ve been prescribed Naproxen and Omeprazole and not

GP visit
Hi there. I've had PMR/GCA for 10 years which once diagnosed was reasonably managed until 2018 when having tapered to 3.5 mgs, I was told to stop Pred within a fortnight by my rheumatologist who was confident it had gone. The resulting flare was worse even than the initial onset and after a good deal

She has had a horrendous cough now for nine weeks and had numerous courses of anti biotics, which cannot be great. She is currently taken her third course of cotrimoxazole, which have not done much.
