Hi, I’ve been supplementing with 4,000 iu Vit D and here’s my latest result. I take co factors of Vit K2-MK7 and magnesium. I have 2 queries I hope you can help me:

1) Is 127nmol/l sufficient (I have hypothyroidism and I have a poor conversion)

2) Should I be adding Vit A? I’ve read that Vit D depletes Vit A. I do take a cod liver oil capsule daily which has 800ug of A

I can't help with much of your query but I have just started Vit D as a sublingual spray which should bypass the conversion problem (I believe). It is by Betteryou and you can get a 4000 per spray dose or they do some combined with K2. Might be worth trying. Best wishes.
