Running and Jumping
But a quick
pep
-talk from Mam (much love and appreciation, Mam!) had me if not raring to go then at least a bit more enthusiastic than I was when I woke up. And so I have donned my fancy running leggings in the hope that they'll inspire me to run. Wish me luck

Self Motivation!
When I see 8000 to 9000 steps - I have a good
pep
talk with myself! "Go on old girl - you can do it" and with that, I ensure that I walk more to ensure that not only do I clock the recommended 10000 steps but in most instances I usually end up walking more.

How do you get into clinical trials?
I wrote to the person in charge at
PEP
, CurePSP, and she sent me some links. I went to the links but I don't know where to begin. Does the patient have to live near where the study is being conducted?

I just couldn't drag myself out of my chair At about 5.30 my wife gave me the
pep
talk that I would be annoyed with myself all week for not going out and to go and get ready. Well that's me back in. Didn't manage the 10k but had a strong 5 mile run and I am feeling great.

Thank you all
Went back and tried freezing my leg a bit with some ice in a tissue and deep breathing with a
pep
talk that it won't hurt and 30 seconds will be worth the nip! Managed to get it done and barely stung at all .

Physio for 3yr old
She was doing well with bubble
pep
but accidently sucked the water rather than blow so wont do it properly now! I find jumping is the only thing that makes her cough. Shes a toddler so luckily always on the go at the moment but im so worried shes not doing enough.

The Doc who gave up (prescription) drugs BBC 1
When they didnt do the exercise he gave them quite the
pep
talk. Basically saying would you miss an x-ray appointment? No. Would you miss an MRI scan? No. Would you miss chemotherapy? No. So why miss an exercise session that you can arrange in your own time... An intersting thought!

Sami Murphy B210k - first week finally over
I'm looking forward to it, the music on these podcasts is not bad, has a bit more
pep
to it than Laura and the songs are real. So I wonder what W2 has in store (music-wise, I know what is expected of me running).

Jumping for Joy
Energizer Bunny with plenty of
pep
and energy. I get most of my exercise from figure skating, and two months ago, I couldn't make it down one side of the rink (and a day later, ended up in the hospital for four days).

It's either MM or the lucky socks...
Even better, it seems he can't tell the time as he gave me the "only one more minute"
pep
talk just as the bell rang to stop running. Anyway, it's done now and onto w7 where there's no more walking. I'll have to rely on the lucky socks for a while (13 quid. Yes. 13 quid. For SOCKS.

W7R3 smashed it!!!
I felt so good all the way, on the other runs this week I had been getting about halfway and starting to feel really breathless and tired and not sure I could carry on (always did after a quick
pep
talk) but today's run felt totally different.

On the move again - W6 R1😄
I gave myself a
pep
talk, thought of the great sense of achievement felt at the end of each run, thought about my brand new pair of shoes just crying out to be worn and lastly, thought about that shiny graduation badge I covert so much.

W2 run 1
Found today's run a bit more challenging but got through it, struggled with the last one but just gave myself a
pep
talk and got there. You really do get a buzz from achieving each run, I love reading all your posts, I think it's great everybody supporting each other. X

Back to week 1 😕
Lol It's been really good reading through the first week and thinking of changes I can make to
pep
up meals and just do something different. I'm really enjoying the activity challenges and my activity levels have really improved, just need the food to follow !!

Week 7 Run 1 Done
But Laura's
pep
-talks have become so ingrained, I noticed that I was checking my watch almost exactly every 5 minutes. Strange, but good, because it helped with the pacing.

Week5 run3
So I started my run and Laura did her usual
pep
talk and before I knew it I was at 10 minutes and had just fallen into a rhythm. One step in front of the other and just kept going. With 2 minutes to go I even increased my pace slightly. This run is definitely all in the mind.

I am failing..........
I don't need a
pep
talk. I don't need trite words. I don't need sympathy. I need a future. I need love. I would try my very best to love back. And I am humble enough to even be taught what love is, in case I don't know what it is. What is most disturbing is I am becoming less scared now.
