I was considering buying a PEP to try and keep my chest clear. Has anyone any advice on which to buy please? TIA

I get on ok with my aerobika but wondering if it’s worth spending £35 on the Evergreen Pari -o Pep? If it speeds things up I’d be interested in buying one 🙏

Bones be damned😀.I am very active which helps with bone loss and scoot around full of pep most days .So if you are very senior and on Pred and feel well just go with it . My goal is to get as low as possible and stay there ad infinitum

I saw a different Dr today and was alarmed when she said my lining was "6.4mm" she then spent about 2 minutes silently scanning me whilst I came to accept that my lining was too thin and silently gave myself a hard pep talk about being patient and how it wasn't the end of the world.

Sorry if it is all invisible to you But it is very real to me So if I look at you blankly or even coolly Or just turn away from your pep talk. When you encourage me to Just get out, Don’t give up or in or whatever. Write, draw, just do something!

Water, banana and pep talk to myself and I left the house determined to have a brilliant run. And I did! I slowed down from the start and kept checking with myself every couple of minutes if I could carry on a conversation (thanks to the brilliant advice I got on here).
