I saw this device on You-tube which helps control breathlessness. I would love to try it but because its made in America the postage is over £18.00 the device us £23.00 and honestly there's very little to it. Has anyone tried and tested this device. Would be nice to hear if anyone has. 🤔

I'm not really looking for advice (fundamentally the answer is just that - it is bloody hard), but a bit of support and any words of pep you might have to spare please. As much as anything, I need to be able to get this off my chest. I'm nine months into PCS.

Today I woke up feeling bleh....then my sister called to ask me to get her food...I was feeling drained...then I saw that my taxes came in from the state, which made me have a little boost of energy.I got lunch and then went to work with a pep in my step and then I was assigned to my least favorite job

I saw a different Dr today and was alarmed when she said my lining was "6.4mm" she then spent about 2 minutes silently scanning me whilst I came to accept that my lining was too thin and silently gave myself a hard pep talk about being patient and how it wasn't the end of the world.

Zytiga has given my dad an extra pep in his step (I think because of the prednisone.) However, I can see the cancer starting to come back. The urinary incontinence issues are slowly creeping back, he has had some back pain, and shoulder pain where there are significant mets.

Such an army of support, advice, pep talk, and comfort is part of the improved survival rate for this disease..because it's so lonely to find yourself the only one with cancer in your social group...Those who have not been touched by this, really have NO IDEA.
